Do I need to have my design ready before ordering?

No. You can come with a print-ready file, a rough idea, a screenshot, or no artwork at all. We now separate those paths more clearly so the quote matches what kind of help you actually need.

Can you help me create the design for the printed product?

Yes. We can design the actual piece you want to print, such as banners, yard signs, business cards, flyers, menus, storefront graphics, vehicle lettering or apparel layouts.

Can you fix my logo or blurry file?

Often yes. We can review low-quality files, screenshots or old artwork and tell you whether it only needs cleanup or whether it should be rebuilt more properly.

Do you offer logo design too?

Yes, but we treat logo and branding as a separate service from regular printing. That keeps simple print jobs simple, while giving branding projects the time and scope they really need.

Is design included with printing?

Basic layout adjustments may be included on some orders, especially when the request is simple. More involved file reconstruction, custom design, logo work or branding are quoted separately based on scope.

What files do you accept for printing?

Vector files and high-resolution PDFs are ideal, but you can also send PNG, JPG, screenshots or whatever you currently have. We’ll tell you if it is usable as-is or needs attention first.

What if I only have a photo or screenshot?

Send it anyway. Sometimes it is enough for reference and quick layout work. Other times it becomes the starting point for cleanup or a more complete redesign.

Can I order in Spanish?

Absolutely. We work in both English and Spanish, and we can also help with bilingual layouts when needed.

Can I combine multiple products in one quote?

Yes. In fact, that is one of the best ways to build a stronger launch package, especially when cards, signs, apparel and other pieces should look consistent together.

What is the turnaround time?

Turnaround depends on the product, artwork readiness, revisions and quantity. We will give you a realistic timeline once we understand both the print job and the design support involved.
